- Must-have:
- Critical spirit, proactive, organized;
- 3+ Experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering in the automotive industry;
- Experience with industrialization of new products, development and validation of new production processes;
- Ability to liaison with production and quality departments, ensuring the proper development of processes and standards;
- Practical & Proactive with “hands-on” Gemba approach.
- Eager to take part in an innovative project within the automotive industry;
