We are now looking for a Life Sciences Consultant – Helpdesk Technician to join our team.
- Professional experience as Helpdesk Technician: + 4 years;
- Knowledge and proven experience in:
- Windows: client and server environments and general troubleshooting regarding operating systems, networks and applications;
- Active directory, Exchange and Office365.
- Knowledge or certifications in ITIL is a plus;
- Availability to work on the 2nd Shift;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Dynamic, autonomous and with initiative;
- Organisation and good work-priority management;
- Fluency in English.
- Receive, register, sort and process user requests including troubleshooting problems;
- Install and configure various applications;
- Create users and groups in active directory, Exchange and O365;
- Allocating permits, groups and allowances.
