We are now looking for a Life Sciences Consultant – Helpdesk Technician to join our team.

 

Skills

 Must-have:

  • Professional experience as Helpdesk Technician: + 4 years;
  • Knowledge and proven experience in:
    • Windows: client and server environments and general troubleshooting regarding operating systems, networks and applications;
    • Active directory, Exchange and Office365.
    • Knowledge or certifications in ITIL is a plus;
    • Availability to work on the 2nd Shift;
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Dynamic, autonomous and with initiative;
    • Organisation and good work-priority management;
    • Fluency in English.

Job Description:

  • Receive, register, sort and process user requests including troubleshooting problems;
  • Install and configure various applications;
  • Create users and groups in active directory, Exchange and O365;
  • Allocating permits, groups and allowances.
