We are looking for a Skills Manager to support projects for large companies present in the Aveiro area.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

As a Skills Manager & HSE your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • As a skills manager, we are looking for an Engineer with experience in the manufacturing sector, resposible for the construction and monitoring of the engineering skills’ factory team, with the aim of implementing a corrective action training plan to the engineers;
  • Working with HR to improve R+I quality (job profiles, etc);
  • Corresponding with the HR training department (training offer, need to create new training courses, management of specific non-catalog training courses, etc);
  • Understand the origin and ambition of the project in relation to corporate strategy, as well as embody these topics;
  • Support management’s challenges and ambitions;
  • Project Management experience is valued;
  • Follow-up with HSE monthly kpis and their active implementation in the factory;

 

The candidate must have:

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience with background Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, in a Manufacturing environment;
  • Experience with Power BI or Power Apps;
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Ability to make decisions;
  • Rigor and ability to work in an organized manner;
  • Respect the entity’s commitments;
  • Alert in case of difficulty;
  • Promote the project;
  • Speak English and French;
