About the Role:

The professional will be responsible for integrating new equipment into the factory, specifically concerning electrical distribution and instrumentation. The role involves a combination of technical analysis, monitoring detailed engineering processes, overseeing installations, and managing contractual aspects and proposal comparisons.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Integration: Validate the integration of new equipment into the factory, ensuring that technical and safety requirements comply with the established standards.
  • Technical Proposal Analysis: Receive and analyze the proposals from the contracted company for detailed engineering, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the technical proposal aligns with expectations.
  • Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of motors and equipment according to the detailed engineering plans, ensuring all phases are executed with quality and within established timelines.
  • Contract Management: Prepare comparative charts of the received proposals, evaluate and validate contractual terms based on the project’s specifications.
  • Final Testing: Monitor the final stages of the project, conducting final tests on installed equipment to ensure full functionality before final handover.

 

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: Solid experience in heavy industrial environments, preferably in sectors such as petrochemical, paper, or chemical industries.
  • Academic Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power and Distribution or related areas (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP-PM (SAP Plant Maintenance) for managing data, reports, and maintenance tracking.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and industrial instrumentation.
  • Experience with integrating new equipment into factories and managing large-scale projects.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, with the ability to draft and analyze technical documents in English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and teamwork.
