What is the Business Manager’s role?
The Business Manager’s role at ALTEN involves establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their project needs and proposing tailor-made solutions. The Business Manager is also responsible for overseeing the human resources needed to successfully complete projects, by recruiting and managing consultants. The Business Manager is also responsible for ensuring the profitability of assignments and customer satisfaction.
