Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and assembly tooling for aircraft structural components.
- Analyze 3D models, technical drawings, and manufacturing requirements.
- Evaluate existing tooling and implement necessary adjustments or improvements.
- Create and support the manufacturing of physical tooling solutions.
- Ensure tooling designs meet dimensional and tolerance requirements.
- Perform assembly and interference reviews using CAD tools.
- Support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues.
- Participate in tooling validation, qualification, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and industrial teams throughout the tooling lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in tooling design, manufacturing engineering, or production support.
- Proficiency with CATIA and 3D modeling environments.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, metal structures, and precision tolerancing.
- Experience working in factory environments and interacting with large industrial equipment.
- Practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to bridge design and manufacturing requirements.
- Aerospace experience is a strong advantage.
