ALTEN Portugal has a large back office team, which takes care of the daily support in the areas of Recruitment, Finance, HR & Fleet, Talent Development & Trainings, Purchasing & Office, Legal, Communication, and IT support.

Your onboarding process
We want you to feel right at home from your first steps at ALTEN! That’s why, in addition to a training period allowing you to familiarize yourself with your new working environment, we’ll share with you a follow up questionnaire after your first 3 months post arrival. If you also feel the need to speak with the Human Resources Team you can always contact our internal HR team.
